The world is made of energy and so are you. What is in your energy field may be unknowingly blocking you from living a fulfilling life. Your thoughts, your emotions, and your beliefs all have weight and can be found in specific places in your body. They act as “filters” through which we see the world and can also filter out or block the good things that are all around us.
After reading endless self-help books, taking numerous empowerment workshops, and faithfully showing up to years of talk therapy, you may think it’s your fault that you are feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
But what if it’s just that we were all taught to solve problems backward?
We grew up learning that if we want to transform something, we must make changes in the physical world by altering our environment, our habits, and our mindset (goals). I have a special place in my heart for empaths, intutives, and highly sensitive people who are exceptionally affected by their environment and other people’s ideas, beliefs, opinions, and emotions around them.
Maybe your entire life you have been told that you are overly sensitive and extra dramatic. But there is nothing wrong with you. You are simply an empath without tools!
